Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).

All prices on our store are in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders for orders above $50.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods (holidays) can extend delivery times. If your order seems stuck, email us — we'll investigate with the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at help@lutristy.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email help@lutrisrty.com as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, building reception).
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive.
  3. Still missing? Email us at help@lutristy.com. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it, including reshipping or refunding where appropriate.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
