Where we deliver
We deliver to the United States. Addresses we do not support are identified at checkout. Support: help@lutristy.com.
The LTY Prime membership is a digital membership: it is activated with your order and no physical item ships for it.
Costs and delivery estimates
Standard US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Premium US shipping costs US$8. Choose your delivery option at checkout and review the total before paying.

Delivery estimates run from the date your order is placed. They are estimates, not fixed deadlines; a date expressly agreed with you takes precedence over an estimate. Tracking is provided by email when the order is dispatched.
Changes, delays and missing orders
Check your delivery address before paying. If you spot an error, contact us promptly with your order number and we will confirm whether the shipment can still be changed at its current stage.
If your order is late, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate next step. A carrier's tracking status does not remove your legal rights. Where a delay requires your agreement to a revised delivery date, or a cancellation and refund, we will provide those options. We do not treat silence as acceptance of an indefinite delay.
